I have the E84 without the factory monitor, and the “no-screen” dashboard always looked so dated. Installing this 10.25-inch display completely transformed the interior. The 1920*720 resolution is incredibly sharp—way better than most factory screens from that era. Wireless CarPlay connects almost instantly when I start the car. If you’re on the fence, just get it. It makes the car feel like a 2024 model

The hardware is powerful; the Kryo 260 CPU handles multitasking without getting hot. The screen is massive and clear. My only minor issue was figuring out how to toggle between the BMW system and the Android system at first, but once you learn the shortcut, it’s easy. A must-have for anyone stuck with an old iDrive or no screen at all.
