What I love most is that I didn’t lose any of the original BMW features. It still shows my service info and vehicle status. The dual system switching is seamless—you just hold the “Menu” button to jump between the original EVO system and Android 13. The original knob control works perfectly on both sides, which is essential for safe driving.

Excellent Hardware, Careful with Installation
The performance is 10/10. It’s much faster than the old Snapdragon 625 models. The Android 13 interface is clean and modern. My only small issue was the tight fit of the wiring harness behind the dash—it took some patience to get everything tucked away so the screen would sit flush. Once it’s in, it looks and works great, but don’t rush the install!

I drive a lot in bright sunlight, and the AG anti-glare technology is a lifesaver. Most screens reflect everything like a mirror, but this one remains readable even on sunny days. Fast Internet and Easy Storage
I popped a 4G SIM card into the slot, and now my car has its own high-speed internet. Downloading offline maps and playlists to the UFS 2.1 storage is incredibly fast. Great Upgrade for my F45
The screen is beautiful and the dual-band WiFi makes for very fast connection speeds. I love having modern navigation in my 2017 F45. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the user manual could be a bit more detailed regarding the specific “Travel Edition” settings, but their customer support was very responsive and helped me through it. A solid purchase overall

Snappy Performance and Reliable Connection
I was worried about the wireless Android Auto connection being buggy, but it’s been rock solid. The 4GB+64GB memory handles multitasking effortlessly. I usually have Waze and Spotify running at the same time, and it never slows down. The Kryo 260 CPU is definitely a step up from the cheaper units I’ve seen on the market. It’s snappy, stable, and fits the dash perfectly.
