Feels like a 2024 model now!
The Snapdragon 665 is a beast. I was worried about lag, but this unit is as smooth as my phone. The 1920×720 resolution makes the old Mercedes screen look like a calculator. Wireless CarPlay connects every time I get in. Best upgrade I’ve done to my CLA.

Seamless integration with factory NTG
I love that I didn’t lose my original Mercedes menus. You just hold the ‘Back’ button to swap between the Benz system and Android 13. The fit and finish are perfect—it looks like it came from the factory this way. Steering wheel controls work perfectly too.

Worth every penny for the Snapdragon chip
Don’t buy the cheaper versions of these screens. This 8-core Snapdragon 665 handles split-screen Google Maps and Spotify without a single stutter. The anti-glare screen is a lifesaver in the afternoon sun. 10/10 would buy again.

High-spec unit that doesn’t disappoint. The 1920×720 resolution is crisp and the touch sensitivity is top-notch. It was truly plug-and-play for my NTG 5.0. No more wires hanging out of my dash

Instructions were clear, and the harness fit my GLA perfectly. Just remember to swap your fiber optic cables over for sound! This screen is huge compared to the original—it’s like getting a new car for a fraction of the price.

Great hardware, but requires a bit of patience
The Snapdragon 665 and Android 13 are amazing—definitely the fastest unit I’ve used. The screen is gorgeous and CarPlay works 95% of the time wirelessly.
My only gripes are that the wiring harness is a bit bulky, making it a challenge to seat the screen flush against the dash, and the built-in microphone isn’t quite as clear as the original Mercedes one. It took some menu-diving to get the audio levels right, but once it’s dialed in, it’s a massive improvement. Solid 4 stars—highly recommend if you’re comfortable with a bit of DIY.
